Facility Monitoring System (FMS)
Easy Solutions can work with you in designing of FMS systems of all sizes,
from systems designed to monitor single rooms to systems monitoring entire
plants across regions. With the client's specifications as a starting
point, we identify the basic requirements for the system, including local
and international regulatory requirements. We thus make certain that the
client gets the correct system at the correct price. We also perform
complete validation of the FMS system, and we prepare the necessary
instructions (Standard Operating Procedures) to be used by the operation
personnel.
Our FMS consultants are experts in the design, installation, validation
and operation of cleanroom monitoring systems. They have setup facility
monitoring systems for pharmaceutical and silicon wafer cleanroom
facilities across Europe.
Our FMS Monitoring Software is a clear and simple group of applications
for the collection, storing and reporting of all environmental parameters.
It offers the capability to view graphs, charts, maps, SPC, system status,
sensor status, and more. Each of these can be customized and displayed
simultaneously. It can collect data from a small number of intelligent
devices without the need for any additional hardware or software,
providing a small, inexpensive solution for monitoring small areas or a
limited number of sensors. For systems with greater data collection
requirements, it can be connected to one or more Area Control Units (ACU),
distributing data collection to the Area Control Units, freeing the
central FMS software for communications and more sophisticated data
analysis. Our system is modular and can be expanded at any time, growing
slowly or quickly to match budgets and increased monitoring requirements.

Common Accessories |
| AREA CONTROL UNIT |
The Area Control Unit
is a dedicated I/O controller and communications platform. It
manages and stores sensor data and routes information to our FMS
system. It is designed to expand the data collection capacity and
reduce the I/O and communications functions, normally handled by the
FMS software and provides data redundancy. |
| SENSOR INTERFACE UNIT |
The Sensor Interface
Unit is an expandable, modular data collection system that
accommodates a wide variety of sensors from all manner of
manufacturers. Its expansion capabilities provide a maximum capacity
of 200 analog channels and 80 discrete I/O channels. |
| INTELLIGENT INTERFACE
UNIT, HIGH-SPEED ELECTROSTATIC UNIT |
The Intelligent
Interface Unit (IIU) High-Speed Electrostatic Monitor is a
high-speed data collection device designed to extend the
capabilities of traditional monitoring beyond simple signal
conditioning. The IIU High Speed Electrostatic Monitor is the
interface between the Facility Monitoring System and any sensor
designed to monitor electrostatic charge (ESC), electrostatic
discharge (ESD), operator grounding (wrist straps), tool & equipment
grounding, ionization balance, and other parameters, which require
high sampling rates to ensure that significant events are not
missed. |
| ALARM ACKNOWLEDGEMENT UNIT |
The Alarm
Acknowledgement Unit is a signal output device designed to trigger
light towers, buzzers, and switches based on the data collected by
the Facility Monitoring System. The Alarm Acknowledgement Unit has
several options for controlling the outputs and supports local
acknowledgement. |
