Dependable and reliable, the Lighthouse SOLAIR line of laser particle
counters uses the latest in optical particle counting technology.
Utilizing a large, color 5.7” (14.47 cm) touch screen interface, the
instrument is easy to configure and operate. It can store a large amount
of particle count data from 6 channels and data from up to 4 environmental
sensors. All data can be quickly and reliably downloaded to a computer or
printed using its built-in thermal printer.
Demonstrating its versatility, all SOLAIR particle counters can be used as
a portable instrument or integrated with a larger facility
monitoring/management system.

Note : Solair 5100 and 3100 particle counters are economical
versions of 3100+ and 5100+ counters. They do not have a printer, have
only 4 channels, a monochrome display, no battery and can store only 1500
data records.

This is a hard shell, water-tight case intended to protect the unit from
damage and contamination. It also consists of a anti-static foam insert
with custom cutouts to allow for storage and protection of the accessories
that are included with the unit.

High Pressure
Diffuser
Used when sampling pressurized air and gasses. Standard applications
include sampling of CDA, Nitrogen Lines and other inert gasses.
This unit is available in a Vented and Ported version. Choose the
appropriate version depending on the need to exhaust the excess sample gas
outside of the test area (Ported) or allow it to vent into the test area
(Vented). It will accept inlet pressures ranging from 30 to 150 psi (2 to
10.3 bar) and is also available with a 1.0 or 0.1 CFM outlet flow to meet
your application needs.
This design contains only 5 parts and is easily disassembled and cleaned.
It is constructed of Stainless Steel and has replaceable Fluorocarbon (Viton)
O-Rings for ease of service.

Filter
Scanning Probe
To be used for scanning filters for leaks. This fan shaped probe is
isokinetically designed and covers a much larger area in a shorter amount
of time than the standard round isokinetic sampling probe that is included
with the unit. Available in anodized aluminum or stainless steel.
Extension pole mount accepts standard extension poles and can be adjusted
to allow for proper probe position at multiple angles and heights. Useful
in testing filter integrity and efficiency
